If a mistake has been made with your order please email info@surfsociety.com.au and a customer service representative will be more than happy to sort the issue out in a prompt and efficient manner.

What size board should I buy?

Sizing is an important part of any board purchase.  We recommend:

Surf:  Beginners typically start on a Mini Mal around 7’6 or a large Fish over 6’2.  Intermediate to advanced users can utilise volume based measurements such as 40% of their weight to litres for a closer indicator for size.

SUP: Beginners typically start on an all-rounder of flat water board, which has enough volume, length and width.  We suggest a 10ft x 32″ wide model for most beginners and then for intermediate to advanced uses they can times their weight by 1.5 for an indicator of the literage they require.

Alternatively, we highly recommend using our Volume Calculator found on each and every board page.

Do Surfboards & SUPs come with a Warranty?

Typically, no, because most surfboard and SUP manufacturers do not offer a warranty on surf craft due to the inherent fragile nature of the materials.  However, here at Sunshine Coast Surf we offer an extensive warranty on all board purchases.
