Winds : SW 15 – 20 knots turning S/SE 20-25 knots during the day.

Seas :1 – 1.5 metres, increasing to 1.5 – 2 metres around midday, then increasing to 2-3 metres during the afternoon.

Swell :  SE 1- 1.5 metres

Water Temp : 22c        

Air Temp : 20c

Tides : High: 8.21 am  Low: 2.22 pm 

Spinkys’s Best Bet To Get Ya Froth On :-

Expect an increase in the swell from the Sth East during the day as the S/SE winds blow at around 20-25 knots. An incoming tide at 8.21 am will see the open beach breaks north of Coolum loking good as well as the southern beaches of Currumundi, Ann Street and Moffats. Get in early before the wind chops thins up on the open beach breaks, then head to the sheltered ppoints of Alex and Pt Cartwright as the tide drops.
