Winds : South to southeasterly 15 to 20 knots tending east to southeasterly 10 to 15 knots during the afternoon and evening.

Seas :1.5 to 2 metres, decreasing to 1 to 1.5 metres around midday.

Swell : Southeasterly 1 to 1.5 metres, increasing to 1.5 to 2 metres offshore.

The Sth Easterly swell is producing waves in the 2-3 foot range along the coast. Light winds out of the S/SW early with SE winds at 10-15 knots during the day. Get amongst early with the cleaner conditions  as the tide drops out, low at 10.30am, The better waves are along the Maroochy Stretch, Coolum and smaller waves on the points … The patrolled beaches of Mooloolaba and Noosa looking the best with the water temp at 25c.
