Winds :.Southerly 15 to 25 knots, reaching up to 30 knots early in the morning. Winds decreasing to 10 to 15 knots in the late evening.

Seas : 2 to 3 metres, decreasing to 1 to 2 metres around midday.

Swell :  Southeasterly 2.5 to 3 metres.

Large and powerful surf conditions in the morning are expected to be hazardous for coastal activities such as crossing bars by boat and rock fishing.

Lighter winds today with some great waves in the solid 3 foot range and larger set waves on the incoming tide along the open beach beaks. High tide at 10.04 am and a low at 4.04 pm. The winds will increase to 15-20 knots form the soh east during the day, with the cleaner conditions earlier this morning. Coolum through to Sunshine beach, the central beaches, Kawana south to Wurtulla and the points all have looking good this morning.. The patrolled beaches of Mooloolaba and Noosa looking the best with the water temp at 22c. Enjoy your day in the waves. Ýo
