Winds : East to northeasterly about 10 knots, increasing to 10 to 15 knots during the afternoon.

Seas : Below 1 metre.

Swell : South to southeasterly 1 to 1.5 metres, increasing to 1.5 to 2 metres offshore.

Small waves in the 1-2 foot range, slightly bigger set waves on the northern open beach breaks. Light winds early from the West before shifting E/NE at 10-15 knots, the tide on its way out with low at 10.15 am and High at 4.44 pm. Coolum through to Sunshine, Yaroomba, Marcoola and Mudjimba worthwhile a look and smaller crowded waves along the Maroochy stretch. As the tide moves out a few waves at Kawana. The patrolled beaches all lokking good early with the mild surf conditions. Enjoy your day in the waves. Yo
