Seas : 2 to 2.5 metres.
Swell : Southeasterly 1.5 to 2.5 metres, decreasing to 1 to 1.5 metres around midday.
Weather : Partly cloudy. 80% chance of showers.
Caution : Large and powerful surf conditions are expected to be hazardous for coastal activities such as crossing bars by boat and rock fishing.

Spinkys’s Best Bet To Get Ya Froth On :
The Sth Easterly swell has greeted us with waves in the 4-5 foot range with some solid set waves on the open beach breaks. Winds are light early from the South , and will strengthen to 15-20 knots before shifting Sth East up to 25 knots. Tide is incoming with high at 8.25 am.. Moffats, Pt Cartwright , The Bluff and Corner at Alex, Fun waves on the points of Noosa if you can handle the crowds, with the southern end of Maroochydore looking good before the wind strengthens. The patrolled beaches of Mooloolaba and Noosa the best, being more protected from the larger swell. The water temp at 25c. Enjoy your day in the waves. Ýo
