Winds : Southeasterly 15 to 25 knots, reaching up to 30 knots early in the morning. Winds turning easterly below 10 knots in the evening.

Seas : 2 to 2.5 metres, decreasing to 1 to 1.5 metres during the morning, then decreasing below 1 metre by early evening.

Swell : Southeasterly 1 to 1.5 metres, increasing to 1.5 to 2 metres by early evening.

Very windy conditions early with the Sth Easterly winds at 15 20 knots. The swell has increased some with messy waves in the 2 -3 foot range on the open north beach breaks. The points of Moffats, Pt. Cartwright and Alexandra Headland will be the pick of the spots this morning. Low tide at 7.23 am and high at 2.30 pm. The patrolled beaches of Mooloolaba and Noosa offering the better conditions .
