Winds :Southeasterly 15 to 20 knots, increasing to 20 to 25 knots from the south during the afternoon.

Seas :Around 1 metre, increasing to 1.5 to 2 metres during the afternoon.

Swell :Southeasterly around 1 metre, increasing to 1 to 1.5 metres offshore.

There are a few waves around in the 2-3 foot range along the coast’s open beaches this morning, an early high tide at 6.59 am , with SE winds in the 10 knot range, The Sth Easterlies will be strong throughout the day at 15 – 25 knots. Get into to early before the wind picks and as the tide drops and wind strengthens, head to the points. The patrolled beaches of Noosa and Mooloolaba looking the best out of the Sth East winds.
